Exterior

Grounds: driveway, sidewalks, retaining walls, grading, patio, deck, porch, patio-cover, exterior stairs, fences, gates, exterior foundation, exterior walls trim, chimney, slab on greade, crawl space if applicable, basement, check floor level
Roof: exposed flashing, gutters-down spouts, attic insulation, identify roof covering material
Plumbing: main line, supply lines, sprinklers, house faucets, fuel systems, wter heaters
Heating: description-condition, combustion air, burners, distribution, normal controls, air filters
Electrical: service, main panel conductors, sub-panels, panel notes, wireing, cooling

Interior

Doors: entry, interior, exterior, windows, interior walls, ceilings, floors, fireplace, interior features
Garage: laundry, floor, roof, electrical
Kitchen: cabinets, tops, appliances, special features
Bathrooms: toilet, sinks, electrical, ventilation-heaters, bathtubs, showers

All fees for our general-limited visual inspection are based on square footage of living space.

1200 Sp. Ft. or less........$200.00

1200 - 1600 Sq. Ft. ........$225.00

1600 - 2000 Sq. Ft. ........$250.00

2000 - 2500 Sq. Ft. ........$300.00

2500 - 3000 Sq. Ft. ........$350.00

3000 - 4000 Sq. Ft. ........$400.00

Garages and unfinished spaces are covered in the inspection at no charge. Small premium may be added for raised buildings, buildings on pilings, detached buildings, and buildings over 30 years in age.

Fees for structural inspection (termite damage repair or assessment) are available upon request. Fees for multi-family commercial buildings are available upon request.
